The Process
Let's Talk. Every piece begins with an honest conversation about who this is for, the moment it marks, and the feeling you want it to carry for years to come. There's no pressure and no price list in front of you at this stage. Just us, listening, and asking the right questions so we understand exactly what you're imagining.
We Bring It to Paper. Once we understand your vision, our master artisan hand-draws it into a sketch — the first real glimpse of your piece. Every line, curve, and setting is considered carefully at this stage, because this sketch becomes the blueprint for something you'll wear for a lifetime. We'll walk you through it together, and refine it until it feels completely right to you.
You Choose What Speaks to You. Next, we present a curated selection of stones chosen specifically for your design — each one considered for its colour, character, and history. We simply present what we believe suits your vision, and let you choose the stone that feels like the one.
The Making. With your design approved and your stone chosen, our artisans begin the work. Depending on the complexity of the piece, this can take a few weeks to a few months. We know that's not instant — but a piece worth wearing forever is worth a little patience today. We'll keep you updated through the process as your piece comes to life.
The Moment It Becomes Yours. When your piece is complete, we invite you for the reveal. It's a moment we treat with real care — the box opens, the light catches the stone for the first time, and a new heirloom is born. Many of our clients tell us this moment alone made the whole process worth it.
